Inspired by our recent Ashtanga Yoga workshop, we are excited to start an experimental project in Yoga House & Spa for those who practice this style of yoga (as taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois and R. Sharath Jois).
Starting this week, you are welcome each Monday, Wednesday & Friday* at 6:30 AM, to join our self-practice classes! It means there will be no teacher and you can do your sequence on your own pace like at home and share a group energy like at Mysore classes.
You can bring your own mat or use one of those we have. Your participation is donation based and no booking is required to join. Please don't be late as we will close the entrance at 6:30 and start to practice regardless somebody has come.
* With an exception for full/new moon days.
P.S. Please note the yoga style in use for these classes is limited to Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga (by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois). You need to have at least some basic experience in Ashtanga Primary series and you are the only one who's responsible for what you're doing on the mat and its consequences.
