Singing bowls meditations, Thursday at 5:30 PM

We are happy to offer you Himalayan singing bowls meditations!

Singing bowls have been used for centuries (in Eastern countries including India, Nepal, Tibet) for healing and meditation purposes. They produce a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of your body & mind.

Our sessions are not directly connected to any spiritual traditions and there are no special requirements for its participants.

During this 1-hour session, you will lay down on the back with your body being totally relaxed and your mind concentrated on your breathing and/or singing bowls' sounds. Just come and enjoy this wonderful experience!

Please note this event requires contacting us in advance to book your spot! Entrance fee is 300 THB.

P.S. Note we also offer private sound healing sessions including sound bath & massage with singing bowls, gong and other instruments. Please check our therapies list for details.

Zen flute & singing bowls meditation, January 23rd, 2020 at 7:00 PM

We're excited to invite you this Thursday, January 23rd, at 7:00 pm to our first ever Zen flute Shakuhachi + singing bowls meditation!

Shakuhachi is traditionally made from the root piece of the Madake bamboo. Japanese flute masters have developed it to become an advanced instrument used for meditation, folk music, and classical music in Japan.

Singing bowls have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes. They produce a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased and out-of-harmony parts of your body & mind.

Adi Pieper has a various musical background ranges from Western music, classical guitar, classical voice to Eastern music. His love for the Shakuhachi as a means for meditation led him not only to play it but also to build these flutes. Our sound healer Lana will assist him using Himalayan singing bowls.

The meditation will last for 1 hour. There will be some classical Honkyoku pieces played as well as some free improvisations. Each piece will be followed by several minutes of silent sitting. The entrance is not fixed priced, it's made for donation: it means everybody leaves as much as they want and can (depending on your experience and gratitude). You are welcome!
