Trauma is one of the main causes of todays sufferings; from stress, depression and anxiety to physical illness such as digestive problems, headaches, back pains and more. We seem to be accustomed to a high level stress environment, yet do not recognize our own state of exhaustion. Most of us do not even know how stress and trauma are related and how it may affect our daily life in our relationships, our family and at work.
Let us explore together the importance of releasing those stored tensions and memories from the physical level. This release can lead to real inner healing and effect our emotional and spiritual well-being and evolution. This workshop will teach you a fascinating approach to trauma, through our bodies and our emotions. You will receive take-home tools and practical information from yoga therapy and other forms of trauma releasing work. The 5-hours workshop includes both theory, exercises, meditation and trauma-focused yoga therapy class.
Workshop will be guided by Astrea, living and working on the beautiful Island Koh Phangan in Thailand, and studying yoga with her teachers since 2011. She has accomplished 500-hours Hatha yoga TTC, 800-hours Yoga therapy training, 300-hours specialized program in trauma releasing. «Yoga is my passion and tool for my own inner Healing and Evolution. I am a Yoga Teacher and Therapist and would like to share my experience with all of you. My specialisations are Stress Management, Trauma Release and Nidra Yoga.»
