We are happy to present an introduction to Light Therapy!

Light Therapy uses light and sound to help people experience deep relaxation and inner-awareness. Though the concept is simple, the technology is state of-the-art. The Light uses gentle flashing lights and music to create external stimulation. You simply close your eyes, listen and let-go. The technology facilitates your body’s own relaxation response. There’s nothing you have to do. It’s a passive experience without the need for effort or trying. The light is effective through your closed eyelids. The experience is pleasant and instantly effective. Light Therapy offers programs for relaxation, meditation, inner-connection, self-awareness, creativity, intuitive insight and much more.

We will run four group sessions each Saturday in October:

  • October 6th at 11:00 AM: Addressing Anxiety;
  • October 13th at 11:00 AM: Having an awesome day;
  • October 20th at 11:00 AM: Feel to Heal;
  • October 27th at 11:00 AM: Negative Emotions & Physical Health.

Each session will include a short talk on the topics above, followed by a ten minute light session & Q/A time. Entry is by donation but please contact us to book your space (at least 1 day before coming)!
