This 1-day private workshop will begin with a combined yoga, meditation, and breathwork session that will help you evaluate the strengths and weaknesses currently present in your body and mind. During the follow-up Reiki session, we’ll explore the deeper layers of your sources of stress. In the final session, you’ll learn happiness-enhancing techniques for balancing the body, mind, and soul that you can do on your own at home, are easy to learn, and are customized to suit your individual situation.

Learn how to stress less and focus on your goals in 1 day over 3 sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours:

  • Session 1 — combined Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork;

This private workshop is guided by our certified yoga and meditation teacher as well as certified Reiki master, having over 15 years of experience. Her mission is to bring joy and happiness into people's lives by means of integrating lifestyle balancing techniques, such as yoga, pranayama, and meditation, into demanding daily schedule.
