This 1-day program is individually customized to suit your needs and help you sleep like a baby. During the 1st session master will help you gain a better understanding of your breath and its connection to a good night’s rest. During the 2nd session we’ll utilize Reiki to reveal the deeper layers of your sleeping habits. In the 3rd session you’ll learn yin yoga techniques that will help you relax and prepare your body for sleep after a hard day’s work. This one-on-one private workshop will provide you with effective techniques that can be used each day to balance your body and mind so you can get better sleep every night.
Learn how to quiet your monkey mind and sleep peacefully in 1 day over 3 sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours:
- Session 1 — Breathing;
- Session 2 — Reiki;
- Session 3 — Yin Yoga.
This private workshop is guided by our certified yoga and meditation teacher as well as certified Reiki master, having over 15 years of experience. Her mission is to bring joy and happiness into people's lives by means of integrating lifestyle balancing techniques, such as yoga, pranayama, and meditation, into demanding daily schedule.
